패션코드는 개인정보를 다음의 목적을 위해 처리합니다. 처리한 개인정보는 다음의 목적이외의 용도로는 사용되지 않으며 이용 목적이 변경될 시에는 사전동의를 구할 예정입니다.

서비스 제공, 바이어・프레스 등록, 매칭 신청 등과 관련한 목적으로 개인정보를 처리합니다.
사업 및 행사정보 안내, 홍보, 기타 알림 목적으로 개인정보를 처리합니다.

패션코드가 개인정보 보호법 제32조에 따라 등록・공개하는 개인정보파일의 처리목적은 다음과 같습니다.

- 필수항목 : 이름, 이메일, 휴대폰, 등록구분(참가 시즌), 회사명, 주소, 사업형태, 직업군, 관심 카테고리 등
- 선택항목 : 전화번호, 웹사이트, 직함, 성별 등
- 수집방법 : 홈페이지(register)에서 정보주체의 동의를 얻어 수집합니다.

패션코드는 법령에 따른 개인정보 보유・이용기간 또는 정보주체로부터 개인정보를 수집시에 동의받은 개인정보 보유・이용기간 내에서 개인정보를 처리 및 보유합니다. 정보주체의 개인정보 처리 및 보유기간은 아래와 같습니다.

바이어・프레스 등록과 관련한 개인정보는 수집에 관한 동의일로부터 행사 종료 후 파기까지 위 이용목적을 위하여 보유됩니다.
- 보유근거 : 홈페이지 내 웹 수집
- 보유기간 : 행사 종료 후 파기(1년)

패션코드는 정보주체의 동의 없이는 수집 및 보유하고 있는 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 개인정보보호법 제17조 및 제18조에 해당하는 경우로서 불가피한 경우에만 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공할 수 있습니다.

패션코드는 원활한 개인정보 업무처리를 위하여 다음과 같이 개인정보 처리업무를 위탁하고 있습니다.
- 수탁업체 : 디자인스튜디오에이
- 위탁업무내용 : 홈페이지 구축 및 운영, 고지사항 전달 등
- 위탁기간 : 위탁계약 종료시까지

패션코드는 위탁계약 체결시 개인정보 보호법 제25조에 따라 위탁업무 수행목적 외 개인정보 처리금지, 기술적・관리적 보호조치, 재위탁 제한, 수탁자에 대한 관리・감독, 손해배상 등 책임에 관한 사항을 계약서 등 문서에 명시하고, 수탁자가 개인정보를 안전하게 처리하는지를 감독하고 있습니다.

위탁업무의 내용이나 수탁자가 변경될 경우에는 지체없이 본 개인정보 처리방침을 통하여 공개하도록 하겠습니다.

이용자는 개인정보주체로서 다음과 같은 권리를 행사할 수 있습니다.
정보주체는 패션코드에 대해 언제든지 다음 각 호의 개인정보 보호 관련 권리를 행사할 수 있습니다.

2. (2) 오류 등이 있을 경우 정정 요구
3. (3) 삭제요구
4. (4) 처리정지 요구

제1항에 따른 권리 행사는 패션코드에 대해 개인정보보호법 시행규칙 별지 제8호 서식에 따라 서면, 전자우편, 모사전송(FAX) 등을 통하여 하실 수 있으며 패션코드는 이에 대해 지체 없이 조치하겠습니다.

정보주체가 개인정보의 오류 등에 대한 정정 또는 삭제를 요구한 경우, 패션코드는 정정 또는 삭제를 완료할 때까지 당해 개인정보를 이용하거나 제공하지 않습니다.
제1항에 따른 권리 행사는 정보주체의 법정대리인이나 위임을 받은 자 등 대리인을 통하여 하실 수 있습니다. 이 경우 개인정보 보호법 시행규칙 별지 제11호 서식에 따른 위임장을 제출하셔야 합니다.

패션코드는 원칙적으로 개인정보 처리목적이 달성된 경우에는 지체없이 해당 개인정보를 파기합니다. 파기의 절차, 기한 및 방법은 다음과 같습니다.

이용자가 입력한 정보는 목적 달성 후 별도의 DB에 옮겨져(종이의 경우 별도의 서류) 내부 방침 및 기타 관련 법령에 따라 일정기간 저장된 후 혹은 즉시 파기됩니다. 이 때, DB로 옮겨진 개인정보는 법률에 의한 경우가 아니고서는 다른 목적으로 이용되지 않습니다.
이용자의 개인정보는 개인정보의 보유기간이 경과된 경우에는 보유기간의 종료일로부터 5일 이내에, 개인정보의 처리 목적 달성, 해당 서비스의 폐지, 사업의 종료 등 그 개인정보가 불필요하게 되었을 때에는 개인정보의 처리가 불필요한 것으로 인정되는 날로부터 5일 이내에 그 개인정보를 파기합니다.

전자적 파일 형태의 정보는 기록을 재생할 수 없는 기술적 방법을 사용합니다.

패션코드는 개인정보 처리에 관한 업무를 총괄해서 책임지고, 개인정보 처리와 관련한 정보주체의 불만처리 및 피해구제 등을 위하여 아래와 같이 개인정보 보호책임 담당부서를 지정하고 있습니다.

이 개인정보처리방침은 시행일로부터 적용되며, 법령 및 방침에 따른 변경내용의 추가, 삭제 및 정정이 있는 경우에는 변경사항의 시행 7일 전부터 공지사항을 통하여 고지할 것입니다.

The fashion Kode processes personal information for the following purposes. Personal information shall not be used for any other purpose than the following. If the purpose of the use is changed, prior consent will be sought.

Personal information is processed for service delivery, registration of buyers and press, and matching applications.

Personal information is processed for business and event information guidance, PR, and other informational purposes.

The purpose of processing personal information files registered and released by fashion Kode according to Article 32 of the Privacy Act is as follows:

The fashion Kode processes and retains personal information within the period of possession and use of personal information under the Act or the period of personal information that is consented to collect personal information from the information subject. Information subject's personal information processing and retention period are as follows:

Personal information related to the registration of the buyer and press is retained for the purpose of the above use from the date of agreement on the collection to the end of the event and destruction.
- Basis of Retention: For web gathering on the homepage
- Retention period: Abolish after the event (1 year)

Fashion Kode does not provide personal information collected and held to a third party without the consent of the information subject. However, personal information can be provided to a third party only if it is inevitable as it falls under Article 17 and Article 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act.

To facilitate the processing of personal information, the fashion Kode consigns the following personal information processing activities:
- Trustee: Design Studio A
- Contents of consignment: website establishment and operation, notification delivery, etc.
- Consignment period: Until the end of the consignment contract

Under article 25 of the Personal Information Protection Act, the fashion Kode stipulates in the contract the matters of responsibility, such as prohibition of processing personal information other than consignment work, technical and administrative protection measures, limits on consignment, management, supervision and damages of trustees, and supervises whether the trustee handles personal information safely.

If the details of consignment work or trustee change, we will disclose it through this Privacy Policy without delay.

Users can exercise the following rights as personal information entities:
Information entities can exercise their rights to privacy rights in each of the following sections at any time for fashion Kode:

1. (1) Requesting access to personal information
2. (2) Request correction if there are errors, etc.
3. (3) Request for deletion
4. (4) Requires suspension of processing

You can exercise your rights according to clause 1 by writing, e-mail, or FAX under the form No. 8 of the Enforcement Rules of the Personal Information Protection Act. The fashion Kode will take action on this without delay.

If the information subject requests correction or deletion of personal information errors, etc., the fashion Kode does not use or provide such personal information until correction or deletion is completed.

The exercise of rights under clause 1 may be carried out through an agent, such as a legal representative for the information subject or a person who has been delegated. In this case, you must submit a letter of attorney according to Annex 11, Enforcement Regulations of the Privacy Act.

In principle, the fashion Kode destroys personal information without delay if processing personal information is achieved. Procedures, deadlines, and methods for decommissioning are as follows.

The information entered by the user is transferred to a separate database after achieving the purpose (separate documents in case of paper) and is stored for a certain time period under the internal policy and other relevant statutes and destroyed immediately. In this case, the personal information transferred to the database is not used for any other purpose except by law.

The personal information of the users shall be destroyed within five days of the end of the retention period, and within five days of the date when the personal information is deemed unnecessary, such as personal information handling, the abolition of the service or the termination of the project.

Information in the form of electronic files uses a technical method that prevents recording from replaying.

The fashion Kode is responsible for the handling of personal information and designated as the division in charge of personal information protection as shown below for handling complaints and damage relief of information subjects related to personal information processing.

The information subject can contact the personal information protection department responsible for all personal information protection related inquiries, complaints and damage relief that occurred while using the service of the fashion Kode. The fashion Kode will answer and process inquiries from the information subject without delay.

This Privacy Policy shall apply from the effective date and, in the event of any addition, deletion or correction of changes under the Act or its policies, the company will notify the changes through the notice seven days before the execution of the changes.

이 약관은 패션코드가 패션코드 홈페이지('www.fashionkode.com')에서 제공하는 통합회원 서비스(이하 "서비스"라 합니다)를 이용함에 있어 이용자와 패션코드간의 권리•의무 및 책임사항과 기타 필요한 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.

1. 1. 이 약관에서 사용하는 용어의 정의는 다음과 같습니다.
   1. 1) 이용자 : 서비스에 접속하여 패션코드가 제공하는 서비스를 받는 자
   2. 2) 이용해지 : 패션코드 또는 회원이 서비스 이용 이후 그 이용계약을 종료시키는 의사표시
2. 2. 이 약관에서 사용하는 용어의 정의는 제1항에서 정하는 것을 제외하고는 관계법령 및 서비스별 안내에서 정하는 바에 의합니다.

1. 1. 이 약관은 서비스 화면에 게시하거나 기타의 방법으로 이용자에게 공지함으로써 효력을 발생합니다.
2. 2. 패션코드는 필요하다고 인정되는 경우 이 약관의 내용을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경된 약관은 제1항과 같은 방법으로 공지함으로써 효력을 발생합니다.
3. 3. 이용자는 변경된 약관에 동의하지 않으실 경우 서비스 이용을 중단하고 이용자 등록을 취소할 수 있으며, 계속 사용하시는 경우에는 약관 변경에 동의한 것으로 간주되며 변경된 약관은 전항과 같은 방법으로 효력이 발생합니다.
4. 4. 이용자가 이 약관의 내용에 동의하는 경우 패션코드의 서비스 제공행위 및 이용자의 서비스 이용행위에는 이 약관이 우선적으로 적용될 것입니다.

이 약관에 명시되지 않은 사항에 대해서는 전기통신기본법, 전기통신사업법, 전자거래 기본법, 전자서명법, 통신판매법 및 기타 관계법령의 규정의 의합니다.

이용계약은 이용자의 약관내용에 대한 동의와 이용자의 이용신청에 대한 패션코드의 승낙으로 성립합니다.

이용신청은 온라인상의 등록 양식에 준합니다.

1. 1. 패션코드는 제5조에서 정한 사항을 정확히 기재하여 이용신청을 하였을 경우 특별한 사정이 없는 한 서비스 이용신청을 수락합니다.
2. 2. 패션코드는 다음에 해당하는 이용신청에 대하여 등록을 거부하거나 등록 후에라도 회원에게 고지하지 않고 수정 또는 삭제할 수 있습니다.
   1. 1) 다른 사람의 명의를 사용하여 신청하였을 경우
   2. 2) 신청서의 내용을 허위로 기재하였을 경우
   3. 3) 사회의 안녕 질서 또는 미풍양속을 저해할 목적으로 신청하였을 경우
   4. 4) 패션코드가 정한 이용신청 요건이 미비되었을 경우
   5. 5) 기타 이용신청자의 귀착사유로 이용승낙이 곤란할 경우
3. 3. 패션코드는 다음에 해당하는 이용신청에 대하여 승낙제한 사유가 해소될 때까지 승낙을 유보시킬 수 있습니다.
   1. 1) 설비의 여유가 없는 경우
   2. 2) 기술상 지장이 있는 경우
   3. 3) 기타 패션코드가 필요하다고 인정되는 경우

이용자는 이용 신청 시 기재한 사항이 변경되었을 때에는 수정을 하여야 하며, 수정하지 아니하여 발생하는 문제의 책임은 회원에게 있습니다.

1. 1. 패션코드가 더 좋은 서비스를 위하여 타 기관과 제휴, 인수, 분사, 합병 시 이용자 정보는 공유될 수 있습니다.
2. 2. 각종 경품이 제공되는 이벤트의 경우, 경품 협찬사와의 협의에 의해 당첨자 등록정보를 공유할 수 있습니다.
3. 3. 1항, 2항의 사유가 발생할 경우 패션코드는 회원에게 해당 사실을 공지해야 합니다.

패션코드는 이용자가 커뮤니티 서비스 이용 시 제공하는 정보를 관리용, 통계용의 정보로만 사용합니다.

패션코드는 서비스 이용 및 각종 행사 또는 정보 서비스에 대해 전자우편 등의 방법으로 이용자들에게 제공할 수 있습니다.

1. 1. 서비스 이용은 패션코드의 업무상 또는 기술상 특별한 지장이 없는 한 연중무휴, 1일 24시간을 원칙으로 합니다. 단, 정기점검, 기타 서비스를 제공할 수 없는 사유가 발생한 경우 등에는 서비스가 일시 중지될 수 있으며, 이용자에게 사전 또는 사후에 공지합니다.
2. 2. 패션코드는 이용자의 이용신청을 수락한 때부터 서비스를 개시합니다. 단, 일부 서비스의 경우에는 지정된 일자부터 서비스를 개시합니다.

1. 1. 패션코드는 다음 항에 해당하는 경우 서비스의 제공을 중지할 수 있습니다.
   1. 1) 설비의 보수 등을 위하여 부득이한 경우
   2. 2) 전기통신사업법에 규정된 기간통신사업자가 전기통신서비스를 중지하는 경우
   3. 3) 기타 귀사가 서비스를 제공할 수 없는 사유가 발생한 경우
2. 2. 패션코드는 서비스용 설비의 용량에 여유가 없다고 판단되면 필요에 따라 이용자 정보를 삭제할 수 있으며, 해당 사항을 사전에 서비스 또는 전자우편을 통하여 공지합니다.
3. 3. 패션코드는 서비스 운영상 또는 보안에 문제가 있다고 판단되는 이용자 정보를 사전통지 없이 검색할 수 있습니다.
4. 4. 이용자는 본 서비스에 보관되거나 전송된 메시지 및 기타 통신 메시지 등의 내용이 국가의 비상사태, 정전, 패션코드의 관리범위 외의 서비스 설비 장애 및 기타 불가항력에 의하여 보관되지 못하였거나 삭제된 경우, 전송되지 못한 경우 및 기타 통신 데이터의 손실에 대해 패션코드가 아무런 책임을 지지 않음에 동의합니다.

1. 1. 패션코드는 이용자가 서비스 이용 중 필요가 있다고 인정되는 다양한 정보 및 광고에 대해서는 전자우편이나 서신우편, SMS(휴대폰 문자메시지), DM, 메신저 등의 방법으로 제공할 수 있으며, 만약 원치 않는 정보를 수신한 경우 이용자는 이를 수신거부 할 수 있습니다.
2. 2. 패션코드는 서비스의 운용과 관련하여 서비스화면, 홈페이지, 전자우편 등에 광고 등을 게재할 수 있으며, 패션코드는 서비스를 이용하고자 하는 이용자가 동의하는 것으로 간주합니다.
3. 3. 패션코드는 서비스 상에 게재되어 있거나 서비스를 통한 광고주와의 판촉활동에 이용자가 참여하거나 교신 또는 거래의 결과로서 발생하는 모든 손실 또는 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다

1. 1. 패션코드가 제공하는 서비스, 그에 필요한 소프트웨어, 이미지, 마크, 로고, 디자인, 서비스명칭, 정보 및 상표 등과 관련된 지적재산권 및 기타권리는 패션코드에게 소유권이 있습니다.
2. 2. 회원은 패션코드가 명시적으로 승인한 경우를 제외하고는 제1항 소정의 각 재산에 대한 전부 또는 일부의 수정, 대여, 대출, 판매, 배포, 제작, 양도, 재라이센스, 담보권 설정행위, 상업적 이용행위를 할 수 없으며, 제3자로 하여금 이와 같은 행위를 하도록 허락할 수 없습니다.
3. 3. 회원은 서비스를 이용하여 얻은 정보를 가공, 판매하는 행위 등 서비스에 게재된 자료를 상업적으로 사용할 수 없습니다.

이용자는 서비스의 이용권한, 기타 이용계약상의 지위를 타인에게 양도, 증여할 수 없으며, 이를 담보로 제공할 수 없습니다.

1. 1. 패션코드는 특별한 사정이 없는 한 이용자가 신청한 서비스 제공 개시일에 서비스를 이용할 수 있도록 합니다.
2. 2. 패션코드는 이 약관에서 정한 바에 따라 계속적, 안정적으로 서비스를 제공할 의무가 있습니다.
3. 3. 패션코드가 제공하는 서비스로 인하여 이용자에게 손해가 발생한 경우 그러한 손해가 패션코드의 고의나 중과실에 기해 발생한 경우에 한하여 패션코드에서 책임을 부담하며, 그 책임의 범위는 통상손해에 한합니다.
4. 4. 패션코드는 이용자로부터 제기되는 의견이나 불만이 정당하다고 인정할 경우에는 신속히 처리하여야 합니다. 다만, 신속한 처리가 곤란한 경우에는 이용자에게 그 사유와 처리일정을 통보하여야 합니다.
5. 5. 패션코드는 관련법령이 정하는 바에 따라서 회원 등록정보를 포함한 회원의 개인정보를 보호하기 위하여 노력합니다. 회원의 개인정보보호에 관해서는 관련법령 및 제 16조에 제시된 내용을 지킵니다. 단, 전기통신관련법령 등 관계법령에 의해 국가기관 등의 요구가 있는 경우에는 그러하지 않습니다.

1. 1. 패션코드는 이용자의 개인정보를 수집할 때 당해 이용자의 동의를 받습니다.
2. 2. 개인정보를 내부 관리용, 통계용 및 제2장 제8조 이외의 용도로 이용하거나 이용자의 동의 없는 제3자에게 제공, 분실, 도난, 유출, 변조시 그에 따른 이용자의 피해에 관한 책임은 패션코드가 집니다.

1. 1. 패션코드는 천재지변 또는 이에 준하는 불가항력으로 인하여 서비스를 제공할 수 없는 경우에는 서비스 제공에 관한 책임이 면제됩니다.
2. 2. 패션코드는 회원의 귀책사유로 인한 서비스이용의 장애에 대하여 책임을 지지 않습니다.
3. 3. 패션코드는 회원이 서비스를 이용하여 기대하는 이익이나 서비스를 통하여 얻은 자료로 인한 손해에 관하여 책임을 지지 않습니다.
4. 4. 패션코드는 회원이 서비스에 게재한 정보, 자료, 사실의 신뢰도, 정확성 등의 내용에 관하여는 책임을 지지 않습니다.

1. 1. 서비스 이용과 관련하여 패션코드와 이용자 사이에 분쟁이 발생한 경우, 패션코드와 이용자는 발생한 분쟁을 원만하게 해결하기 위하여 필요한 모든 노력을 하여야 합니다.
2. 2. 제1항의 규정에도 불구하고 서비스 이용으로 발생한 분쟁에 대하여 소송이 제기될 경우 패션코드 소재지를 관할하는 법원을 관할법원으로 합니다.

(수정일) 이 약관은 2020년 2월 5일 수정되었습니다.

(시행일) 이 약관은 2015년 6월 15일부터 적용합니다.

The purpose of this Agreement is to stipulate the rights, duties, and responsibilities between the users and the fashion Kode in using the integrated member service provided by the fashion Kode website(hereinafter referred to as the ‘service’).

1. 1. The terms used in this Agreement are defined as follows:
   1. 1) User: The person accessing and receiving the service provided by the fashion Kode
   2. 2) Usage termination: fashion Kode or member's expression of intention to terminate a service contract after using the service
2. 2. The definitions of terms used in this Agreement shall be under the relevant statutes and instructions by service except as provided in clause 1.

1. 1. This Agreement takes effect by posting it on the service screen or notifying the user by other means.
2. 2. The fashion Kode may change the contents of this Agreement if it is deemed necessary. The changed terms and conditions shall become effective by notifying them in the same way as in clause 1.
3. 3. If the user does not agree to the changed agreement, the user can stop using the service and cancel the user registration. If the user continues to use the changed agreement, the changed agreement is deemed to be in effect in the same way as in the previous clause.
4. 4. If a user agrees to the terms of this Agreement, these terms and conditions will be applied first to the service provision activities of the fashion Kode and the users' service use.

For matters not specified in this Agreement, the Telecommunications Act, the Telecommunications Business Act, the Electronic Trade Act, the Electronic Signature Act, the Telecommunications Sales Act and other related statutes shall be governed by the provisions of the Telecommunications Act.

The service contract is established by the consent of the users to the terms and conditions and the approval of the fashion Kode for the users' application

Applications for use are under the online registration form.

1. 1. The fashion Kode shall accept the application for service use unless there is a special situation when the application is made by accurately stating the details outlined in Article 5.
2. 2. The fashion Kode can be modified or deleted without notifying the members of the following application(s):
   1. 1) If an application is made using another person's name
   2. 2) If the contents of the application are falsely made
   3. 3) If the application is made to undermine the public's well-being order or good manners
   4. 4) In case the requirements for application for use are not met to regulations by the fashion Kode
   5. 5) In case it is difficult to approve the use due to the reasons attributable to the applicant
3. 3. The fashion Kode may suspend approval until the reasons for the approval limit are resolved for the following applications:
   1. 1) In case there is no capacity for equipment
   2. 2) In case of technical difficulties
   3. 3) If other fashion Kode are deemed necessary

The users shall make corrections when the details listed in the application for use are changed and the members shall be responsible for any problems arising from failure to modify them.

1. 1. User information can be shared when the fashion Kode is affiliated with other agencies, acquired, dispensed or merged with others for better service.
2. 2. For events where prizes are offered, the winner's registration information can be shared through consultation with the prize sponsor.
3. 3. In the event of a reason under clauses 1 and 2, the fashion Kode shall inform the member of the fact.

Fashion Kode uses the information provided by users when using community services only for management and statistics purposes.

Fashion Kode can provide services and events or other information services for users by e-mail or other means.

1. 1. In principle, the service should be available 24 hours a day, unless there is any special business or technical difficulties in the fashion Kode. However, in the event of a regular checking or other reasons that the service cannot be provided, the service may be temporarily suspended and the user is notified in advance or hereafter.
2. 2. The fashion Kode starts the service from the time the user accepts the application for use. However, some services start the service from the specified date.

1. 1. Fashion Kode may stop providing services if:
   1. 1) In case it is unavoidable to repair a facility, etc.
   2. 2) In case a communication service provider stops as stipulated in the Telecommunications Business Act
   3. 3) If there are other reasons why you cannot provide the service
2. 2. If the fashion Kode determines that the capacity of the service facility is not available, the user information can be deleted as needed. The information is notified through service or e-mail in advance.
3. 3. Fashion Kode allows users to search for the information that is deemed to be problematic in-service operation or security without prior notice.
4. 4. The users agree that the fashion Kode is not responsible for any loss of communication data and other messages stored or transmitted in this service if they are not kept or deleted by emergency, power failure, or other force majeure outside the control range of the fashion Kode.

1. 1. Fashion Kode can be provided by e-mail, letter, SMS (mobile phone text message), DM, instant messaging, etc. for various information and advertisements that the users are deemed necessary while using the service. If they receive unwanted information, they can refuse to receive it.
2. 2. Fashion Kode can post advertisements on the service screen, website, e-mail, etc. in relation to the service operation. Fashion Kode is considered to be agreed upon by the users who want to use the service.
3. 3. Fashion Kode shall not be held liable for any loss or damage caused as a result of communication or transaction or participation by users in promotional activities with advertisers through service.

1. 1. The services provided by the fashion Kode, the necessary software, images, marks, logos, designs, service names, information, and trademarks, etc. are owned by the fashion Kode.
2. 2. Unless the Fashion Kode expresses approval, the member shall not modify, lend, sell, distribute, manufacture, transfer, relicense, secure, or use any property specified under clause 1. The member shall not be permitted to do so by any third party.
3. 3. The member shall not commercially use any data posted on the service, such as processing or selling information obtained using the service.

The user shall not transfer the right to use the service or other service contract status to others and shall not provide it as collateral.

1. 1. The fashion Kode allows users to use the service on the start date of the service application unless there is a special reason.
2. 2. The fashion Kode is obliged to provide service continuously and reliably as specified in these terms and conditions.
3. 3. If a loss occurs to the user due to the service provided by the fashion Kode, the users shall be held responsible for the damage in the fashion Kode only if such damage occurs due to the purpose or gross negligence of the fashion Kode, and the scope of the responsibility shall be limited to ordinary damages.
4. 4. Fashion Kode shall be handled promptly if opinions or complaints raised by users are recognized as legitimate. However, in the event of difficulty in rapid processing, the user shall be notified of the reasons and the schedule.
5. 5. The fashion Kode strives to protect the members' personal information, including their membership registration information, as provided by the relevant laws. The personal information protection of the members shall be kept under the relevant statutes and the provisions outlined in Article 16. However, this does not apply to cases where there is a request from the government’s agency or other agencies by related statutes, such as the Act on Telecommunications.

1. 1. The fashion Kode receives the consent of the users when collecting their personal information.
2. 2. The fashion Kode shall be responsible for the damage caused to the users in the event of personal information being used for providing, lost, stolen, leaked or tampering with the users, not for internal management, statistical purposes, and other purposes other than Article 8 of Chapter 2.

1. 1. Fashion Kode is exempt from responsibility for service provision if it cannot be provided due to natural disasters or equivalent force majeure.
2. 2. The fashion Kode shall not be held responsible for service use failures due to reasons attributable to the members.
3. 3. The fashion Kode shall not be held liable for damages caused by profits or data obtained through the service expected by the members.
4. 4. The fashion Kode shall not be held responsible for the information, data, reliability, and accuracy posted in the service by the member.

1. 1. In the event of a dispute between a fashion Kode and a user concerning the use of service, the fashion Kode and the user shall make all necessary efforts to resolve the dispute smoothly.
2. 2. If a lawsuit is filed against a dispute arising from the use of the service despite the provisions of clause 1, the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act shall be the exclusive jurisdiction.
